Parkland Institute’s 29th Annual Conference, Democracy Under Siege: Strengthening the Safeguards, takes place November 21–23, 2025 on the University of Alberta campus and via livestream.

The conference program is available on our schedule page. Full conference registration includes all conference sessions, Saturday lunch, and coffee and pastries on Saturday and Sunday. If you wish, you can also register to view the livestream only. 

Online registration will be open until 11:59 pm on November 18. A limited number of registrations will be available at the door.

If you have donated at least $50 to Parkland Institute in the last 12 months, you qualify for supporter rates (see below). If you are not currently a Parkland supporter, you can qualify by making a one-time or monthly donation here ($50 donation minimum to qualify for supporter rates).
